There's the basis of a decent documentary in there, certainly in terms of subject matter, however you can't produce a good piece of work when the interviewer only asks leading questions to get to the hypothesis that they initially set out with. The whole point of investigative 'journalism' is to investigate and see whether your hypothesis stands up to scrutiny. If that methodology was taken then the documentary would have shown a different conclusion to the one the creator wants out there. Therein lies the problem.
